Rutgers is not about to become "Graduate Transfer U."
After Rutgers brought in five graduate transfers who all made an impact last offseason, coach Chris Ash made it clear this week that he does not plan to copy that blueprint again in 2018.
The Scarlet Knights have 17 returning starters penciled in, plus growing competition from heralded 2017 recruits, 14 of whom played as true freshmen in mostly limited capacities.
"I think this is a completely different year," Ash said. "We have a lot of players coming back.
