PISCATAWAY -- With no game this weekend, Rutgers has two weeks to sit with the bad taste of a five-game losing streak.
While it's not ideal, just the idea of sitting around at all must sound appealing. It sure beats walking with a limp, wearing a cast or relying on crutches -- all things that Rutgers players have had to do just a few days before returning to action.
So first-year coach Chris Ash is welcoming the timing of his team's only bye week.
"The losing streak is what it is," Ash said.
