The Big Ten figures to be, at worst, the second-best conference in the nation this fall. It should have at least five, and potentially six, teams in the preseason Associated Press Top 25. So a year after Ohio State won the league but was kept out of the CFP, it might be the Big Ten's turn to put two in for the first time ever.
