It's a big Saturday for Rutgers football.
The Scarlet Knights are exactly two weeks away from the 2018 season opener against Texas State, they're closing in on a quarterback decision and they'll have a dress rehearsal of sorts at noon today.
Rutgers will hold its annual Fan Appreciation Day at HighPoint.com Stadium in Piscataway. The day begins at noon and includes the only open practice/scrimmage of the summer.
