Prior to transferring to Aledo (Texas) high school in 2011 following his sophomore year, Quanel Williams, now a 6-1, 185-pound 19-year old, played his high school football at Burlington Township (N.J.).
But that was before he was enticed to embrace an entirely different football culture in the Lone Star State.
"I'm from Burlington Township," Williams told NJ.com. "I lived there my whole life. And then after my sophomore year, I had a cousin who played for one of the best schools in the country. And I went and moved and lived with them to go to the school they were at.
