Bryce Hepner, a two time Ohio state champion, has committed to Rutgers and will be a member of the 2020 Class.
Hepner won state titles at 126 and 138 pounds at St. Edward High School and is currently ranked No. 13 in the country at 145 pounds for the 2019-20 school year. He projects likely as a 149/157 pound prospect at the college level as Rutgers has already brought in plenty of prospects at the lower weights from the last few recruiting classes.
