Much of Berger's recruiting success is based on projection and his developmental upside being that he is only a freshman. But you can already see the tell tale signs of a power 5 offeree. Berger has quick feet in the hole, can catch the ball away from his frame, is tough, competitive and plays with a maturity beyond his years. He runs with good body lean and can finish off the run, as well.
It's tough to project which position he'll play in college as he is just as likely to end up on defense as he is offense.
