Top-ranked Penn State and No. 2 Ohio State will clash for the second of three times this season - the first already came in a dual meet, the third is to come at the national tournament in three weeks - and the rest of the conference will more or less be fighting for third place.
It should be a war of attrition with many moving pieces that could come down to the last bout of the tournament.
