Anthony Ashnault's Big Ten title will always be viewed as a defining moment for Rutgers wrestling, but with the NCAA Championships on the horizon, there's no stopping there.
"You could see there wasn't a huge celebration after the Big Tens," said Rutgers coach Scott Goodale in a press conference on Monday. "He knew the significance and he knew what it meant for our program, but it's about him right now and him getting himself ready for the next match."
Ashnault is eight days removed from winning the 141-pound title at the Big Ten Championship and three days away from the type of championship run that defines careers.
