Rutgers may not have the Big Ten’s strongest overall quarterback situation, but it’s near the top of the list when it comes to quarterback excitement.
True freshman early enrollee Artur Sitkowski was the star of spring practice for the Scarlet Knights, capped by an impressive showing in the Scarlet-White Game. The Old Bridge native still has to formally beat out redshirt senior Gio Rescigno and sophomore Johnathan Lewis in the summer, but Sitkowski’s strong spring has put him in the driver’s seat to be Rutgers’ starter in 2018 and created a tremendous amount of buzz and optimism in the fan base.
