Artur Sitkowski is the most highly rated quarterback in Rutgers history, and if you don't believe that, the Old Bridge native has more than 25 scholarship offers to prove it.
Named as Rutgers' starting quarterback late last week, Sitkowski will get the call for the Scarlet Knights' season opener this Saturday against Texas State at HighPoint.com Stadium.
The 6-5, 225-pounder has yet to throw a collegiate pass, but we can say he's not the worst quarterback in the Big Ten heading into the 2018 campaign.
