Why? These are the last two teams to face Rutgers. Michigan State won 49-0. Penn State won 39-0. Despite playing at the end of every season since Penn State joined the Big Ten in 1993, a series separation of only one win (15-14-1 favoring Michigan State) and a trophy (Land Grant Trophy), don't call this a rivalry in State College. It's arrogant, but it's earned this year.
