PISCATAWAY — Rutgers and Washington State each played Division 1-AA opponents in their season openers on Saturday.
Rutgers dominated Norfolk State, 63-13, while Washington State was stunned by Portland State, 24-17.
Washington State now has to travel cross-country to play at Rutgers on Saturday. It appears that the matchup is tilted heavily in Rutgers' favor, but oddsmakers don't seem to agree.
