Mohamed Sanu said at the start of free agency that he has only scratched the surface of his potential. The Atlanta Falcons are banking on that.
The Falcons signed the former Rutgers receiver to a five-year contract worth $32.5 million on Thursday. Sanu is reportedly guaranteed $14 million in the first two years of the deal.
The contract represents a significant raise for Sanu, who made a total of $3 million in his first four seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals.
