Damon Mitchell announced this morning that he is transferring to Rutgers University as a graduate transfer from the Arkansas Razorbacks.
Earlier this month, Damon Mitchell announced he was going to exercise his graduate transfer rights, and leave Arkansas football. It was announced by Arkansas Fight, the SB Nation site for the University of Arkansas. I speculated in this article that Rutgers might be a good fit for the Cedar Creek (Egg Harbor City) High School graduate.
Why would I do that? Three reasons, actually. The are:
