PISCATAWAY -- Kyle Bolin arrived at Rutgers in June with impressive credentials, having thrown for 2,104 yards, 13 touchdowns and 10 interceptions over 13 games for nationally ranked Louisville during the 2015 and '16 seasons.
And through one week of training camp, the Rutgers fifth-year senior is apparently making a favorable impression in a still wide-open quarterback competition.
Although Scarlet Knights coach Chris Ash said "it's way too early to make any clear determination'' on the starting job, Bolin handled the majority of the first-team reps during the one hour practice that the media watched Monday morning.
