Twenty percent of the teams that begin the college football season ranked in the preseason AP Top 25 will face Rutgers this fall. The group includes all four Big Ten teams ranked among the top 17 teams nationally, as well as Week 1 foe Washington, which begins the season ranked No. 14.
The preseason AP Top 25 poll was released Sunday morning, five days before California and Hawaii will kick off the season Friday night in Sydney, Australia.
