On its official athletics website, Rutgers describes the Indoor Practice and Conditioning Facility like this: "The Bubble features a 100-yard FieldTurf surface, offering the Scarlet Knights a facility to compete and train indoors.''

It's a simple way of saying that the Rutgers facility commonly known as "the Bubble'' serves its purpose for when the weather isn't conducive to outdoor training.
