Down 11 at halftime, Rutgers looked headed for its fifth straight loss ... until a dominant third-quarter showing turned around its fate and led to a 53-45 victory against Seton Hall.
Seton Hall trailed 10-2, took a 17-16 lead, extended its advantage to 29-18 by halftime and wound up in a nailbiter after falling behind 33-32 in the third.
Rutgers improved to 3-9 while Seton Hall fell to 6-4.
