The ACC/Big Ten Challenge apparently isn't interested in helping Rutgers achieve its non-conference scheduling mission.
While Rutgers scheduled mostly low- and mid-majors last season in hopes of building confidence and adding victories, the inter-conference tournament sent the Scarlet Knights to Miami off an appearance in the Sweet 16.
With all indications pointing to second-year coach Steve Pikiell's team again will have a soft non-conference schedule, the ACC/Big Ten Challenge provided another exception: Rutgers will host Florida State, according to multiple reports.

The ACC Big Ten Challenge is for men's basketball, but imagine if football participated.
