Well, boys and girls, we made it! It is finally here, college football season. And our own Scarlet Knights take the field tomorrow against the Washington Huskies out in Seattle. In preparation for the event over the past 30 days, I’ve been counting it down by offering reasons for each day why it is great to be a Rutgers football fan.

No more waiting now. It is here! For some of the Big Ten Conference schools, it actually arrived last evening. Our friends out in Bloomington beat the FIU Panthers, and Minnesota beat the Oregon State Beavers.
