Samuel Vretman, the 6-5, 285-pound Rutgers commit, returned to his home in Sweeden this summer, where he prepared for the rigors of his senior campaign at Cheshire (Conn.) Academy, a school he attends as an international student.
In working out twice a day, Vretman lost 15 pounds and says he feels better than ever because of it.
"I came to Sweden and I was about 300 pounds," Vretman told NJ.com following his first day of school on Tuesday. "So I lost about 15 pounds of fat actually if not more because I definitely added some muscle.
