Johnathan Lovett, a three-star running back committed to Rutgers out of Cherokee (Marlton, N.J.), has received his second Big Ten offer since his pledge in June.
Thursday, Iowa became the latest program to extend one to the 5-11, 190-pound senior, following the decommitment of long-time Hawkeyes pledge Eno Benjamin late last month.
Coming off a win over previously No. 2-ranked Ohio State on Oct. 22, Penn State also utilized the opportunity to add to its 2017 recruiting class — which is currently ranked fourth in the Big Ten — by offering Lovett.
