"They asked me when I first go the job — 'is this your dream job?' It's not my dream job,'' Goodale says. "I mean, I hope it’s my last job. I always say this whenever I speak — it’s not a dream for me. There’s a vision that we’re going to attain a certain level and we’re going to get there sooner rather than later because we have the right guys on staff. I’m excited with where I’m at. But we have a lot to do. This thing is going to get a lot better.''

Scott Goodale is one of the most successful coaches at Rutgers, guiding the Scarlet Knights to a 141-50-1 dual-match record while producing two All-Americans, two conference champs and 51 NCAA Championship qualifiers in his nine years.
