Is Rutgers coach Chris Ash looking to add another competitor to his wide-open quarterback competition? That appears to be the case as Zach Allen, a grad transfer from Big 12-power TCU who can play immediately at the next school he attends, just completed a two-day official visit to Rutgers. According to NJ Advance Media's Todderick Hunt, Allen will look to make his collegiate decision over the next couple weeks.
