Rutgers coach Chris Ash made this clear in a recent interview: He wants to upgrade everything around this program.
"If we want to compete, things have to change," Ash said. "The expectations have to change. The standard of behavior and performance has to change. The facility has to change. Because they have not been on a Big Ten level."
