Horrible news out of the WNBA ... NY Liberty star Asia Durr will miss the entire 2021 season because she's still reeling from the effects of COVID.
The 24-year-old shooting guard -- the #2 overall pick in the 2019 WNBA Draft -- missed the entire 2020 WNBA season due to the effects of COVID. She has previously talked publicly about how how the virus wreaked havoc on her body, putting her basketball career in jeopardy.
Now, the NY Liberty has placed Durr on the full-season suspended list, noting it was a "personal decision.
