The San Diego Padres have released their Wednesday lineup against the Pirates, and not listed is outfielder Will Myers. Myers is dealing with patellar tendinitis in his right knee. San Diego hopes to treat the injury with rest, so Myers will have the day off but will be available for pinch-hitting duties.
With Myers out of the lineup, San Diego will go with Tommy Pham, Trent Grisham, and Jurickson Profar from left to right field.
The Padres will look to regain control of their four-game series against the Pirates after an 8-4 loss on Tuesday knotted things at one game apiece.
