Tim Tebow had MULTIPLE offers on the table before signing a minor league contract with the NY Mets ... this according to his hitting coach and ex-MLB catcher Chad Moeller.
"There was definitely other teams involved," Moeller tells TMZ Sports ... "and more than just 1 or 2."
In fact, Moeller says Tebow received real offers from ballclubs even before his MLB showcase on August 30th.
