As the bizarre anecdotes and unbelievable fairytales surrounding Prince’s mysterious, often incomprehensible 57-year existence come to to light, one strange theme has emerged: he loved ping pong. Nay, he was really really good at ping pong. So good, in fact, that he would use it to establish his dominance over other celebrities — including a famous ass-whupping of Michael Jackson — by luring them into a match and then blowing them out.
As it turns out, Jimmy Fallon was one of his victims. On Monday night’s “Tonight Show”, Fallon recounted the time he was summoned to Spin (a ping pong club in midtown Manhattan) to be humiliated by The Purple One, who promptly beat him and vanished into thin air.
