Artemi Panarin fell victim to Tom Wilson in New York’s 6-3 loss to the Washington Capitals on Monday. Wilson knocked down Panarin multiple times in a fight that involved him punching Pavel Buchnevich multiple times while he was down on the ice before Panarin intervened. The Capitals enforcer was fined $5000 for his actions against Buchnevich, but it was Panarin who suffered an upper-body injury in the melee for which Wilson was not disciplined.
