Johnny Manziel’s family has asked him to enter a second round of rehab, which the Browns’ quarterback has refused. Ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley, who claims that Manziel has struck her on more than one occasion, has obtained a protective order against him. The Browns are planning to release him on March 9, when the new season officially begins. And he’s been dumped by his agent.
But Manziel insists there is hope for his career. He will turn over a new leaf … starting now. At least that’s what it looks like he’s thinking, according to his retweet from Monday:
