The Las Vegas Raiders shocked the football world when they took Henry Ruggs with the 12th overall selection in last year’s NFL Draft. Pundits and the betting market alike pegged Ruggs as the third-ranked wide received behind Jerry Jeudy and CeeDee Lamb — both of whom finished with more receiving yards than Ruggs in their rookie campaigns. Justin Jefferson caught the league by storm, going off for a rookie record of 1,400 receiving yards in his first year in the league.
