Shams Charania reports Mike Conley is day-to-day for Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals because of a hamstring injury.

Conley left Wednesday’s series-clinching 126-100 win over the Memphis Grizzlies Tuesday in the second quarter. He played 11 minutes, scoring seven points and two assists. He had started all five games in the playoffs, averaging 30 minutes, 17 points, four rebounds, and nine assists.
A regular fixture in the Jazz rotation, Conley has started 51 games, averaging 29 minutes, 16 points, three rebounds and six assists per game.
Expect Jordan Clarkson to slot into the starting rotation if Conley is unavailable for Game 1.
