Fresh off the campaign trail, Rubio was all about talkin' hoops in D.C. yesterday -- praising Dwyane Wade for beasting out in the playoffs.
But when we brought up LeBron, Rubio busted out the real talk -- saying James would be treated like the ENEMY if Miami clashed with Cleveland in the Eastern Conf. Finals ... despite the championships he brought to the city in the past.
