Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic reports Madison Bumgarner will have an MRI performed after leaving Wednesday’s 7-6 loss to the New York Mets with a shoulder injury.
Madison Bumgarner exited with left shoulder discomfort, Torey Lovullo said. Bumgarner will undergo an MRI.
Baumgarner pitched two innings, throwing 48 pitches, giving up five runs on eight hits and striking out two batters. He did not factor into the decision.
