The Dallas Morning News reports Luka Doncic will likely play in the Dallas Mavericks Game 5 matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Doncic is dealing with a neck injury and has played in noticeable pain during the Mavericks’ first-round matchup. He has averaged 38 minutes, 33 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists playing in four games. He last played in a 106-81 loss on May 30, scoring 19 points in 36 minutes, recording six rebounds and six assists.
Doncic has been a dominant playmaker for the Mavericks this season. Starting in 66 games, he has averaged 34 minutes, 28 points, eight rebounds and nine assists per game.
