Things got chippy at a spring practice on Tuesday between LSU and, well, LSU.
Tigers OT Jevonte Domond and DE Deondre Clark were facing off in the “Big Cat” drill when mock trench warfare turned into actual trench warfare and the two started exchanging smacks and throwing punches. Clark ripped off Domond’s helmet before their teammates stepped in to break them up.
There’s probably nothing more going on here than a few fired up, testy football players getting up in each other’s faces, which is a pretty refreshing sight with over four months from real football.
