The Mayor of Philadelphia just came out swingin' at LeSean McCoy -- vowing to punish the NFL superstar for his role in a bar attack that left 2 off-duty police officers badly injured.
Mayor Jim Kenney said ... "If [McCoy] wants to stomp our officers and pound our officers, then he needs to pay the price and answer for his actions."
Kenney told CBS Philly he has seen the TMZ Sports video of the brawl and says ... "In addition to punches being thrown, there were some kicks that looked as if they were being leveled and that’s unconscionable and it’s cowardly.
