I got back in the win column yesterday with a comfortable over in the Jazz-Grizzlies game. Luckily I avoided the 76ers, who looked lost after losing Joel Embiid for the rest of the game with a first-quarter knee injury while leading 20-15.
That turn of event was all the Wizards needed to avoid a sweep and win 122-114 on their home court.
Injuries have been a common theme in this postseason, and the Lakers have certainly had more than their share over the last few months. They now have another injury to contend with as Anthony Davis has a strained groin and will be a game-time decision.
