As noted by Ira Winderman, Butler was dealing with a sore back that kept him out of the Heat’s final two regular-season games, including a 122-108 loss to the Bucks on May 15. Butler was the Heat’s leading scorer this season, averaging 21.5 points, to go along with 6.9 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game.
