The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have revised head coach Bruce Arians contract to give him a pay raise as well as an extension on general manager Jason Licht’s contract that will “ensure he’ll be in Tampa Bay for multiple years.”

After returning all 22 starters from last year’s Super Bowl-winning roster, the Bucs will be looking to become back-to-back champions for the first time in the NFL since the New England Patriots in 2004 and 2005. Returning each of their starters was the first step and a pay raise for Arians seemed well-deserved after helping keep the squad together on a tight salary cap.
