It was only a matter of time ... but now the hotel worker who claims he was brutally attacked by Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham is suing the NFL star.
As we previously reported, Bradham was arrested in July after allegedly beating the living crap out of a staffer at the Hilton Bentley in South Beach, Miami.
In his lawsuit, the staffer -- a 50-year-old Haitian man -- says he was setting up beach umbrellas for Bradham and his team when the NFL star got upset at what he perceived as "slow service.
