Donovan Mitchell continued his postseason magic as he led the Jazz to a 2-0 series lead over the Clippers in a 37-point effort. The star guard seemed to tweak his ankle late in the outing but reassured the media that he is “fine” after the game.
Mitchell was red hot yet again on Thursday night as he shot 15-for-29 from the field along with six-for-12 from deep. Following a personal foul by Paul George with just 12 seconds left in the fourth quarter that led to the Jazz star hitting the deck, he was clutching his right leg in a fair amount of pain.
