A sobbing Cristiano Ronaldo was carried off the soccer field on a stretcher Sunday after an injury dashed his hopes of leading his time to its first ever European championship.
Ronaldo slammed into a player on the French team, badly injuring his knee. He tried toughing it out, but the pain was too much to bare.
Ronaldo lost it as medics carted him off the pitch.
