As you may know, Coco Vandeweghe is the daughter of former New York Knick Ernie Vandeweghe, the niece of former Nuggets, Knicks, Trail Blazers and Clippers forward Kiki Vandeweghe, and the daughter of former olympic swimmer Tauna Vandeweghe. She plays tennis, and has her own line of racquets, most of which she’s destroyed in fits of rage.
Vandeweghe advanced to the third round of the Australian Open with a win over Pauline Parmentier (6-4, 7-6) on Wednesday, but not before smashing her racquet into kindling and tossing it into the crowd late in the second set set. Here we go:
