Griffin left Tuesday’s game vs. the Warriors after getting hit in the head with an elbow from James Wiseman, and it was determined that he suffered a concussion. He has not been able to clear the Pistons’ concussion protocol at this point, so he will remain out of the lineup Friday vs. the Celtics. Saddiq Bey is the top candidate to replace him in the starting lineup, while rookie Isaiah Stewart could also see an increased workload off the bench.
The Pistons are off to an 0-4 start this season, and they look like one of the worst teams in basketball.
