There was some uncertainty surrounding Anthony Davis’ health ahead of the Los Angeles Lakers Game 4 against the Phoenix Suns. Those concerns were validated when Davis was forced to leave early on Sunday with an apparent groin injury. Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Davis was considered day-to-day after the game and that his status for Game 5 was unclear.

Davis struggled before going down with the groin injury, putting up six points, four rebounds, and three assists in almost 20 minutes of action. He went 2-for-9 from the field, which was his worst performance since putting up an identical line in nine minutes of action on May 6.
