The Utah State football team hired a new offensive coordinator and also restructured the coaching staff.
The Aggies hired Bodie Reeder as the team’s new OC and quarterbacks coach. In addition, assistant coaches Frank Maile and Stacy Collins will be co-defensive coordinators. Collins will coach the secondary and Maile will coach the defensive line.
Some coaches roles did not change. Justin Ena will still coach the inside linebackers, Bojay Filimoeatu is in charge of the outside linebackers and Mark Orphey leads the secondary.
Reeder worked as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at North Texas in 2019, and did the same job for Eastern Washington in 2017 and 2018.
