Two teenagers accused of assaulting Taylorsville High School teacher and trying to run him over

Two 19-year-olds are accused of beating up and trying to run over a Taylorsville High School teacher.

Arrest warrants were issued Thursday in 3rd District Court in West Jordan for Cristian Hernandez and Marquez Anthony Parker. Hernandez is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, a third-degree felony, and assault against a school employee, a Class A misdemeanor. Parker faces the misdemeanor charge of assault against a school employee.

According to charging documents, the confrontation began at Taylorsville High School, at 5225 S. Redwood Road, on Dec. 15. Teacher Konrad Wilson told police he confronted Hernandez about drinking in front of the school.
